IonisEd-Training provides online, on-demand training content focused on visual AI tools. The training is accessible for a one-time fee of $120 or 100 euros. It includes pre-recorded modules that can be streamed or downloaded. This training is intended for users with prior experience in digital visual creation.

3. Access and Use of the Training

Upon purchase, users receive access credentials via email and can log in to a member space. Content may be accessed multiple times with no time limitation. No usage history is recorded. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.

4. Price and Payment

Access to the training is subject to one-time payment. The current applicable fee is clearly displayed at the time of purchase. Upon confirmation of payment, access to the training content is granted. A receipt is provided. 

5. No Right Of Withdrawal

By purchasing access to digital training content that is available immediately upon payment, you acknowledge that no refund or cancellation rights apply, in accordance with U.S. consumer law.

If you are a user located outside the United States, please be aware that your local consumer rights may not apply to this purchase, which is governed exclusively by U.S. law.

6. Certification

An attestation of participation may be issued upon request following the purchase. This attestation does not constitute an academic certificate or diploma.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through IonisEd-Training is the exclusive property of Fineduc USA or its licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, or sharing of the content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fineduc USA shall not be liable for any interruptions to access or loss of data caused by external factors or force majeure events. Users are responsible for ensuring they have a suitable internet connection and compatible device.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New York City.

10. Modifications

Fineduc USA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be informed of changes via the website. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
